Frequently asked questions

Straightforward answers for anxious parents. No hidden clauses.

Inspect the item's visible cleanliness and condition at delivery. If it is materially unclean or not as described, tell us immediately so we can replace it or cancel the affected order. Accepting delivery confirms receipt and visible condition; it does not waive a claim about a hidden defect.

We use industry-standard cleaning processes to ensure every item is safe for your baby. For surface wiping, we use disinfectant certified safe for infants once dried. No harsh bleaches.

Car seats are checked for visible structural condition, harness and buckle operation, labels and known history before rental. A seat known to have been in a collision is removed from service. We provide the manufacturer instructions and can demonstrate the controls, but the responsible adult must confirm vehicle compatibility and final installation.

Relax — baby messes are expected. Here's what's covered under 'Normal Usage':

Covered (No charge): Baby spit-ups and milk spills, food stains from feeding, diaper leaks, minor scratches from regular use, fabric wear from daily use.

Not Covered: Damage from children over 3 years old, damage from adults/pets/accidents, broken parts from misuse (jumping, throwing, dropping), stains from paint/ink/permanent substances, missing parts or accessories.

If it can be cleaned or is normal baby wear — you pay nothing.

Normal wear is not charged. Repairable customer-caused damage is based on a documented reasonable repair or part cost. If an item is lost or beyond economical repair, we use reasonable replacement cost after age, depreciation and salvage—not an automatic percentage of MRP. We share evidence and the calculation before finalizing a deduction.
