HomieHyra policies

Rental Agreement

This is the standard agreement framework. For each booking, the confirmed order details and acceptance record complete the agreement without duplicating every policy.

Effective 22 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-22

1. Agreement documents

The rental contract consists of the confirmed order summary, this Rental Agreement, the Rental Policy, Delivery Policy, Terms of Use and Privacy Notice versions recorded at checkout. An accepted change order may update specific dates, products, addresses or charges. Order-specific details prevail over general wording only for those details.

2. Order-specific record

Each agreement records the booking code, contracting customer, authorized recipient, products and quantities, available asset identifiers, accessories, rental period, approved addresses, rent, refundable deposit, delivery and pickup fee, assembly fee, discounts, taxes and total payable.

3. HomieHyra responsibilities

  • Supply the confirmed item or obtain approval for an alternative.
  • Provide a cleaned, inspected and functional product suitable for its described purpose.
  • Record pre-delivery condition and supplied accessories.
  • Respond reasonably to reported defects and safety concerns.
  • Inspect returns, explain deductions and initiate approved refunds according to the accepted policies.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, identity, address and access information.
  • Use the product within manufacturer and HomieHyra age, weight and safety instructions.
  • Provide responsible adult supervision.
  • Prevent unauthorized transfer, alteration, repair or relocation.
  • Promptly report defects, accidents, loss or theft and stop using an item that appears unsafe.
  • Make the complete product and accessories available for return at the confirmed time and place.

5. Handover and condition

Delivery OTP, signature or confirmation acknowledges receipt, listed accessories and visible condition. It does not certify that a hidden defect cannot exist and does not waive responsibility that HomieHyra cannot lawfully exclude. Report a visible discrepancy as soon as practicable so it can be documented and resolved.

6. Deposit, damage and return

The refundable deposit secures documented obligations under the accepted Rental Policy. Normal wear is not charged. Damage or loss deductions require evidence and a reasonable repair, replacement or depreciation-based calculation. Pickup may be followed by a final functional inspection; the undisputed balance should be released promptly.

7. Extensions and changes

No extension or material change is effective until availability, revised charges and logistics are confirmed. The original return requirement continues if an extension request is not approved.

8. Electronic acceptance

At checkout, the contracting customer actively accepts the agreement and linked policy versions. HomieHyra records the acceptance wording, timestamp, policy bundle, technical evidence and order snapshot. Future policy updates do not silently replace the versions accepted for an existing booking.

9. Complaints and rights

Contact HomieHyra support with the booking code and relevant evidence. Internal review does not limit statutory consumer remedies or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
