Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to place a rental order. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity performed through your account.

2. Orders and contract formation

Prices and availability shown while browsing are not a confirmed booking. A rental order is created when HomieHyra accepts the order after checkout, payment and any required identity verification. Your confirmed order summary, Rental Agreement and the policy versions accepted at checkout form the rental contract.

If an item becomes unavailable before confirmation, HomieHyra may offer a clearly described alternative. We will not substitute an item or change its price without your approval.

3. Pricing and payment

The final checkout review shows rent, refundable deposit, delivery and pickup fee, assembly fee, discounts, taxes and total payable. The confirmed price will not increase merely because HomieHyra later chooses a different logistics provider. Customer-requested changes may require a new quote and acceptance.

4. Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, scrape protected content, or use HomieHyra services for fraud or unauthorized resale. Product images, copy and branding remain owned by their respective rights holders.

5. Communications

We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp for authentication, an active booking, payment, delivery, pickup, safety, refund or support. Promotional communications, where used, will be handled separately from essential service messages.

6. Service responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for HomieHyra's negligence, unsafe or defective products, or statutory consumer rights. Customers remain responsible for misuse, prohibited use and failure to follow supplied safety instructions.

7. Complaints and applicable rights

Contact us through the support page with your booking code. We will acknowledge the complaint, review the evidence and provide a written outcome. These terms do not prevent you from using remedies available under applicable Indian consumer law.
